NATIONAL COUNCIL (ADVISORY)

Purpose: Wisdom, balance, and accountability.

STATE COORDINATORS

  • Coordinate activities at the state level
  • Ensure legal compliance with state and national laws
  • Supervise district structures and approve state-level initiatives
  • Act as the primary link between the National leadership and districts

Purpose: Lawful execution and regional alignment.

DISTRICT COORDINATORS

Purpose: Local leadership with accountability.

BOOTH/WARD SEVAKS

  • Individual members serving at the neighbourhood level
  • Focus on awareness, seva, preparedness, and support
  • No independent authority to mobilise or act beyond guidelines

Purpose: Service, vigilance, and community connection.

Key Rule:

No unit or individual may act independently without approval and documentation. All actions follow a clear chain of responsibility.

DISCIPLINARY SYSTEM
